DIA Natural started from a personal journey.

DIA Natural started from a personal journey.
After facing health challenges, our founder Lishan began looking beyond conventional solutions and discovered the importance of self-care, natural ingredients, and a more holistic approach to wellness.

Together with co-founder Yvonne Teng, a certified Sound Healing Practitioner trained in Spain, we share a simple belief, when we take care of ourselves and choose real, quality ingredients, positive changes can happen.

It may not happen overnight, but with patience and consistency, small steps can make a big difference.

This belief eventually led us to Bhutan, where we found producers who share the same values of purity, sustainability, and respect for nature. Today, we work closely with Bhutanese farmers, artisans, and small businesses to bring thoughtfully sourced wellness products from Bhutan to Singapore.

With the support of the Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives (DAMC), we are able to connect with more producers across Bhutan, bringing more authentic, high-quality products directly from farm to table.

At DIA Natural, we’re simply passionate about sharing products and practices that have made a difference in our own lives, and hopefully yours too.
