Turmeric Lemon Drink


  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed is best)
  • 1 cup warm water
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or a sweetener of your choice, for taste


  1. Warm the Water: Heat the water until it's warm but not boiling. You want it to be a comfortable drinking temperature.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a mug, combine the warm water, turmeric powder, and lemon juice. Stir well to dissolve the turmeric.
  3. Sweeten (Optional): If desired, add honey or another sweetener. Stir until it's well incorporated.
  4. Enjoy: Drink this mixture on an empty stomach in the morning.

Note: Turmeric is powerful, so it's wise to start with a smaller amount and see how your body reacts, especially if you're new to turmeric.
